This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our Transportation Planning Team in Southern California, leveraging your expertise to drive growth, innovation, and excellence in transportation planning.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Drive performance of the Transportation Planning Team and strategically grow our market share to become the preferred advisor to our clients.
• Manage local client coordination and support cross-selling efforts in coordination with Local and Regional leadership and Pursuit Management.
• Leverage your technical expertise to enhance current and new service offerings and foster innovation within the team.
• Collaborate with Business Line Leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve project performance and assess and suggest improvements.
