Responsibilities Expand Carollo's presence in the local stormwater market via targeted business development strategies, including growing specific client relationships and participating in select professional society activities. Collaborate with the Stormwater Leads across the company to develop/implement strategy for continued stormwater growth and innovation across the company. Manage planning and detailed design projects, including management of contract document production (i.e., plan sets and specifications), hydraulic and hydrologic calculations, report writing, and other activities needed to support the planning, design, and construction services for stormwater management facilities. Project may include pipelines, open channels, pump stations, channel stabilization, storage and treatment facilities, multi-benefit facilities, and other conveyance measures. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, designers, and scientists, among others, who support specific assignments.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering or other appropriate engineering major 10+ years of experience relating to stormwater and water resources projects Minimum 5 years of experience managing a team to deliver planning and design solutions for urban stormwater management challenges. Minimum 5 years of experience with client service and business development efforts, including project positioning, proposal preparation, interviews, and technical presentations Familiarity with standard stormwater analysis tools, including HEC-RAS (1D/2D), HEC-HMS, ICM, FLO-2D, XPSWMM, ArcGIS, and Civil 3D. Experience with the selection and optimization of multi-benefit urban storm water projects Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong team building skills Ability to apply critical thinking Ability to present to groups and communicate effectively with clients and project team Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPointPreferred Qualifications Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Agricultural Engineering or other appropriate engineering major Experience with FEMA floodplain delineation and submittal of Letters of Map Revision and Conditional Letters of Map RevisionCompensation Range$170,000 to $215,000 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
