Stratco (Australia) Pty Limited is seeking a Store Manager for their new Shepparton store in Victoria. The role involves leading daily operations, driving sales, and managing a team to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include stock management, financial performance, and fostering a positive work environment. Candidates should have retail experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. This is a permanent full-time position requiring a 5-day work roster.

THE OPPORTUNITY
We're seeking a motivated and dynamic Store Managerto take charge of our new Shepparton store. In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for daily operations, sales, stock management, and team leadership - ensuring an outstanding experience for our loyal trade and retail customers.
Reporting to the Victorian Retail Manager, you'll be the go-to leader for both customers and internal sales teams, identifying their needs and delivering the best solutions. With a level of autonomy, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact, leading by example to: plan and manage resources effectively; drives sales and achieve daily targets; foster a strong safety culture and positive work environment.
This is a permanent full-time position. The store operates 6 days per week, and you will be required to work on a 5-day roster.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and manage a small, cross functional team
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across manufacturing, finance and merchandising
• Use sales and design systems to draft quotes and complete customer designs
• Oversee roster management and general store administration
• Maintain stock control and ensure effective merchandising
• Manage financial performance and accountability of the Store
• Adherence to Stratco's safety policies and contribute to a safe and positive working environment
ABOUT YOU
• Experience in retail and/or trade outlets
• Ability to build a customer base and attract and manage trade business
• Technical acumen to understand engineered products
• Passionate about creating brand loyalty and enhancing the customer experience
• Strong sales leadership, empowering your team to succeed
• Self-motivated with a goal driven mindset
• Skilled in coaching, mentoring and develop a high performing team
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and driven to deliver results
