Job Description
Aldi is hiring a full-time Stocking Associate in Green River, WY. Responsibilities include organizing and restocking inventory, operating cash registers, and maintaining store cleanliness to enhance customer experience. The role requires physical capability to handle merchandise, effective communication with the team, and adherence to cash policies. Job Description:
The Store Associate position requires the employee to execute tasks such as organizing and restocking inventory, operating the cash register, and upkeeping tidiness for a visually appealing store. Working in cooperation with the ALDI team is also essential to provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience.
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Employees are expected to put in 32 to 40 hours of work per week on average
Essential Job Functions:
The employee must be capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable adjustments.
• Incorporate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) into one’s daily routine, to reinforce learning, reinforce good work habits and promptly flow into meeting targets.
• To effectively organize the store, sales associates have to carry out customer checkouts, perform cleaning tasks and ensure that the shelves accommodate merchandise in an orderly fashion
• The provision of remarkable customer service involves being not only responsive but proactive in identifying and addressing customers' shopping needs
• Ensure team collaboration and transparency in communication with the store management team to achieve your goals
• Keeping management informed on all matters pertaining to products, inventory, scanning, and other related issues fosters greater communication and working relationships
• Follow inventory count procedures and maintain vigilance over inventory accuracy
• Proper adherence to cash policies and procedures reduces the likelihood of incurring financial loss
• Safeguards documents and data by following all prescribed company policies and procedures, ensuring that confidentiality and security are maintained to the highest standards

Physical Demands:
• Proficiency in moving merchandise from the store's receiving area to the shelves, along with the capability to place products weighing up to 45 pounds at different heights on the shelves
• One ought to be engaged in a range of bodily movements like sitting, standing, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and walking while working in the store regularly
• Whether reasonable accommodations are provided or not, the person should still be capable of fulfilling their duties
Qualifications:
• In order to be considered for the job opening at ALDI, prospective employees must be 18 years of age or older
• Expertise in providing efficient and pleasant customer support
• Proficiency in using cash registers can help cashiers identify discrepancies quickly, thus minimizing the risk of cash loss or theft incidents

• Attend training sessions on responsible alcohol service and sales to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for complying with state and local laws
Education and Experience:
• It is recommended to possess a high school diploma or an equivalent certification
• Having worked in a retail environment before is advantageous
• Attaining proficiency through a mix of theoretical and practical approaches is possible
