Startup Engagement and Partnerships Manager

We are GoMassive Earth Network, a leading Climate Tech-focused incubator/accelerator and VC fund sponsor. Our Climate Angels Fund has invested in 18 climate tech startups, with a total corpus of ₹130 Crore.

Our mission is to empower climate tech startups through our network of mentors, venture capitalists, angel investors, and industry leaders. Our coworking spaces provide access to the global climate ecosystem, helping businesses scale and expand.

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Lead - Startup Engagement Program to join our team.
• Job Responsibilities
• Drive business development, community engagement, and strategic partnerships to support early-stage startups.
• Create valuable experiences for the community through engaging webinars & events.
• Onboard key partners that help our startups scale and expand their business.
• Requirements*
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience within the startup ecosystem, venture capital, or innovation sector.
• Strong understanding of the challenges startups face at different stages of growth and the ability to provide relevant, actionable support.
• Proven track record of managing successful programs, partnerships, and teams.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong network in the startup, venture capital, and tech communities.
