Staff Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Reconcile general ledger and internal deposit accounts on a monthly basis.
• Manage daily financial transactions, including journal entries and cash position.
• Review and approve international wires.
• Assist with domestic wire transfers as needed.
• Actively research and clear stale items.
• Support internal and external audits by gathering necessary documents.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting experience.
• Previous banking experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
