Description

The Staff Attorney will lead complex litigation cases and manage a full range of litigation tasks, including factual investigation, legal research, discovery, briefing, witness preparation, trials, and oral advocacy. This role requires collaboration with clients, other attorneys, and partners to investigate, develop, and litigate cases effectively. The attorney will also dedicate at least one-third of their docket to partnering with environmental justice groups and working alongside associate attorneys in this endeavor.
