Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager - Purchase

TruAlt Bioenergy is seeking a Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager - Purchase in Karnataka, India. Responsibilities include floating RFQs, preparing comparative analyses, negotiating with vendors, and coordinating material dispatches. Candidates should have a diploma or engineering background in Electrical/Mechanical or a commerce degree, along with 3-4 years of procurement experience, preferably in the sugar industry. Good communication skills and knowledge of SAP are advantageous.
Job Description.
Floating RFQ to different vendors.
Preparing Comparative & Negotiations.
Verify the technical details as per user requirement.
Preparing Purchase orders.
Follow- up of materials with vendors and co-ordination with transporters.
Maintaining Purchase order records PO Copy, Comparatives, Quotations.
Co-ordination with technical team and site operators for material dispatches.
Candidate Profile
Diploma or Engineering - Electrical / Mechanical or Graduate in commerce.
3-4 Year Experience in Procurement . Sugar Industry background will advantages.
Good written and oral communication skills, presentation skills
Identification of New vendors, Negotiations.
Knowledge of Electrical Equipments.
SAP Knowledge will be added advantages,
