The role involves strategic financial leadership, advising on growth, cost-saving opportunities, and regulatory changes for a sizable organization. Candidates should have a Chartered Accountant qualification and 15 years of finance experience, preferably in the semiconductor or technology industries. Position Summary: We are seeking a Finance Leader to be based at its office in Bangalore and who would have the following responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the India leadership on matters of growth (both organic and inorganic), infrastructure, capital investments (Lab, etc) for a 1200-1500 size organization
Providing a single view of cost saving opportunities for GFI
Advise GFI Leadership on upcoming policy and regulatory changes in India

This is a very critical position for GF India and would have a seat on the GFI Leadership team. This person would also be a member of the GF India legal entity board.

Requirements

We are looking for a high caliber individual having the following:
Chartered Accountant qualification
Min 15 years experience in the Finance function creating an impact on the business
Preferably from the Semiconductor industry/ Technology industry/ GCC
Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization and across borders
Business partnering ability, analytical and problem-solving skills
