Are you an experienced green building professional ready to lead impactful projects and drive sustainability in the built environment? At SHASHWAT Green Building Consultants, we are looking for a Senior Green Building Consultant with Minimum 3–5 years of core experience in Green Building Certification (LEED / IGBC / GRIHA).

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Set project goals, attend client meetings, track documentation & timelines
• Green Building Documentation: Review and guide submissions, problem-solving for credit compliance
• Quality Assurance: Check reports, mentor junior consultants (Level 1 & 2), ensure delivery excellence
• Advanced Technical Analysis: Energy simulations, daylight analysis, life-cycle assessments

Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of building science and HVAC systems
• Proficient in green rating systems: LEED, IGBC, GRIHA
• Experience in tools like EQUEST, Daysim, Design Builder, OpenStudio, 1Click LCA
• Ability to guide team members on simulations and review technical outputs

Preferred Qualifications:
• LEED AP / GRIHA CP / GRIHA Evaluator (Mandatory)
• Technical certification in HVAC / Energy
