Responsible for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting for Corporate, a business, or a P&L within a business. Has in-depth knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; has working knowledge of competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and manage business cycle plans, budgets, forecasts, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the organization.
• Analyze performance data and propose action plans to improve profitability, cash generation, and corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
• Leverage expertise to drive quality, efficiency, and effectiveness in finance operations.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Finance & FP&A Operations, comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Leadership and project management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex problems.
