Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Accounts & Finance to join our team in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, cost analysis, compliance, and supporting audits. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing finance, including inventory valuation, cost accounting, and GST compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, perform cost variance analysis, and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and Income Tax.
• Coordinate with internal teams for budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Assist in statutory, tax, and internal audits by providing required data and resolving audit queries.
• Manage vendor payments, customer collections, and ensure timely reconciliations.
• Liaise with banks for transactions, documentation, and reporting as required.
• Support implementation and maintenance of ERP/accounting systems.
• Continuously identify process improvement opportunities in finance and accounts functions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA – Finance).
• CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred but not mandatory.
• 3–5 years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Good understanding of cost accounting, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance workflows.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, and direct tax laws.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹13,398.12 - ₹24,999.00 per month
