About the role
Are you ready to make an impact, build your legacy, and work with an amazing team? At Origin, we’re looking for a Specialist Consultant – Talent to drive strategic initiatives, engage with senior stakeholders, and help shape the future of our talent agenda.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and senior business partners you will shape the talent and leadership agenda. You will own and deliver key talent initiatives from concept, design, implementation and review.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and delivering strategic talent initiatives across leadership, succession, and contribution to early career programs.
• Engaging with senior stakeholders to develop fact-based business cases and drive decision-making.
• Developing cutting-edge learning and development solutions that impact Origin’s future talent pipeline.
• Leading projects that align with Origin’s People & Culture strategy, ensuring high visibility and influence.
• Contributing to board papers, governance, and change initiatives to support business transformation.
What will you bring?
The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, translating talent strategies into measurable business value by aligning people initiatives with commercial objectives. Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, effectively balancing competing priorities. Additionally, will also have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas with clarity and influence, crafting persuasive narratives across all levels, including board papers and governance reports. You will also demonstrate:
• Strong ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
• Experience in delivering company-wide talent programs and change initiatives.
• A passion for shaping the future of talent, leadership, and learning.
• Experience in working matrix-based teams highly regarded
