Centric Brands is seeking a Specialist, Compliance in Karachi, Pakistan. This role involves auditing factories, ensuring supply chain compliance with regulations, and collaborating with the Global Compliance team. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, experience with various compliance standards, and strong knowledge of local labor laws. The position requires regular factory visits and strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Specific Responsibilities Would Include
The Specialist, Compliance, is responsible for auditing factories, assisting with day-to-day subject-related activities, and ensuring that Centric Brands' supply chain complies with country and brand regulations.• Closely monitors factories in the supply chain to ensure audits are completed ahead of schedule.• Collaborates with Better Work factories to ensure quality reporting.• Works with the Global Compliance team to maintain up-to-date factory brand approvals.• Collaborates with factories to ensure timely completion of factory CAP due dates in the Centric Brands system.• Investigates complaints from factory workers via the "Amader Kotha" helpline.• Guides factories in completing Nirapon/RSC remediation and updates the Global Compliance team on progress.• Closely monitors the Nirapon 90-Day Management Guidance and Reporting Process.• Supports the CTPAT and Higg projects in the supply chain (Higg FEM & Higg FSLM).• Performs all other projects as assigned.

Additional Requirements
• Bachelor's degree; Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in Compliance and/or a related field preferred. Lead Auditor Certification is an advantage.
• Experience with SA8000, Traceability Audits, and knowledge of the “Better Work” platform, SMETA, BSCI, WRAP, SLCP, etc.
• Familiarity with Costco GMP & COC, GAP, PVH, Disney, Walmart, and Under Armour Audit Management.
• Extensive knowledge of Nirapon + RSC Structural, Fire and Electrical Safety Management, and Nirapon 90-Day Management Guidance + Reporting Process.
• Strong understanding and experience with various customers’ Codes of Conduct.
• Good knowledge of local labor laws to verify supplier operations compliance with social and ethical responsibilities, health and safety regulations, and labor laws.
• Additional knowledge of sustainability monitoring tools, such as Higg FEM, GHG emission counting, ODS substance measurements, and support for water & wastewater management, as well as sustainable chemical management (e.g., ZDHC MRSL, Cleanchain, Bhive, etc.).
• Must be flexible to conduct regular factory visits and inspections.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to set priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
