The Donor Relations/Events Coordinator reports directly to the Ministry Director, Philanthropy, providing support to Foundation Gift Advisors. This role involves maintaining open communication with donors, prospects, and patients, as well as handling gift processing and donor database management.

This position requires professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset to interact effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to Philanthropic Gift Advisors
• Maintain accurate donor databases and key foundation contacts
• Coordinate committee meetings and special events
• Ensure timely gift processing and recognition

Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• 5+ years of successful administrative track record

Prior Experience Desired:
• Campaign experience
