Lead Our Team in Southern California

We are seeking a highly skilled Southern California Agriculture Programs Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing energy efficiency programs and possess excellent leadership skills.
About the Role
• Overall management of program performance, including financial management, contract deliverables, strategic planning, quality assurance, and operational efficiencies
• Coordinate with clients to ensure all program objectives are met and adjust as needed

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with major local subcontractors and trade allies to support their participation in the programs. Additionally, they will align marketing, promotional, and merchandising activities for program promotion and customer acquisition.
Key Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (Concentration in Engineering or Energy Resources, Sciences, Sustainability, Business, or related field) or 7+ yrs related work experience
• 5+ years of related work experience with managing energy efficiency programs

The ideal candidate should have expertise with energy efficiency and U.S. policies for residential energy programs. Knowledge of energy efficient practices, energy codes, and technologies applicable to the agriculture sector is also essential. Strong leadership and management skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and analytical problem-solving capabilities are required for this role.
