About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Solar Technician III to join our team in New Jersey. This critical role will require you to perform electrical and mechanical services at the highest level, ensuring the optimal performance of our solar, energy storage, and EV charging installations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, initiative, and a strong work ethic on every task assigned.
• Oversee and train junior field positions, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including completing required safety training and reviewing safety policies before starting work.
• Perform Preventive and Corrective Maintenance on solar, energy storage, and EV charging installations, adhering to MN8 and OEM standards.
Requirements
• Demonstrated expertise in electrical theory and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to write clear, concise reports and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and similar structures while maintaining three points of contact.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive up to 6 hours per day to reach project locations.
