The role requires construction experience and a valid Working at Heights Certification. Candidates should possess a Class G Licence and personal transportation. Solar Technician
Location: Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA)

We are seeking a capable and motivated individual to build, service, and upgrade solar PV systems throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a variety of solar PV systems on both flat and pitched roofs in the commercial and residential sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and service solar PV systems on flat and pitched rooftops.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time and to high standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Travel to job sites across the GTHA, with some overnight work required.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Construction experience with a strong understanding of hand tools and power tools.
• Working at Heights Certification (current).
• Class G Licence with a clean driving record.
• Personal transportation to job sites (carpool opportunities available).
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• High School Diploma.
Preferred:
• Solar PV installation experience (an asset but not required).
• Aerial Lift Platform (Stick Boom) certification.
• First Aid and WHMIS certifications.
• Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with solar components.
