SunnyMac Solar is hiring a Solar Site Survey Technician in Wilmington, DE. The role involves performing onsite structural and electrical inspections for solar installations, traveling to sites in a company vehicle, and documenting findings for the design team. Position Summary
• Perform onsite structural and electrical inspections for solar installations, by taking measurements, and photos. Providing all necessary information to the design team.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Traveling in a COMPANY vehicle to installation sites
• Operating company drones
• Climbing ladders/walking around on roofs/measuring roofs and facets
• Performing structural/electrical inspections
• Taking measurements/photos in all appropriate areas of the home
• Documenting each site and sharing with design team
• Perform other duties as obvious or assigned.
• Adhere to all SunnyMac, safety, and environmental policies.

Requirements and Qualifications
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving history.
• Must have professional experience working outdoors and at heights.
• Must be able to carry 40 pounds up a ladder.
• Must be able to work in all types of weather.
• Must be a team player.
• Must enjoy interacting with homeowners.
• Foster a positive and safe working environment through exemplary behavior and attitude.
• Must be willing to get OSHA certified (paid for by the company).
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to diagnose and repair deficiencies in solar products while in the field.
