Solar Site Assessor

Solar Energy World is seeking a Solar Site Assessor in Lancaster, PA. The role involves taking measurements and inspecting properties for solar panel installations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates should have 2 years of experience in the solar or construction field, a clean driving record, and be comfortable with heights. The position offers a salary of $45K–$55K annually and is full-time.

We are in search of a Site Assessor to join our team. In the Site Assessor role, you will be responsible for taking accurate measurements inside and outside of our client’s homes. You will be inspecting the property and reporting finding back to the install team prior to and after the install.

Key Job Duties:
• Accomplish all site surveys effectively and promptly
• Provide top notch customer service to our clients
• Comply with all city regulations
• Assist with job site clean-up processes
• Perform other needed job tasks as requested by leadership

Necessary Skills and Experience:
• 2 years of experience in solar field or construction
• Clean driving record
• Ability to climb a ladder & Use hand tools
• Must be comfortable with heights and walking roofs
• Measure Tech Experience is a plus
