We provide comprehensive training through manuals, videos, office sessions, and in-person meetings. Develop communication skills, handle rejections, and build long-term abilities, all without needing prior experience. Applicants must pass a background check.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Sales Representative located in Edmonton, AB. The Solar Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations with potential customers, assessing customer needs, recommending suitable solar solutions, and closing sales. Additional tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of solar products and services, staying informed about market trends, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
• Proven sales experience, particularly in solar energy or related fields
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical information
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
