The Role

As a Sales Representative at Purelight, you’ll play a key role in growing our impact and expanding our reach. This isn’t a desk job—you’ll be out in the field, connecting with homeowners, building relationships, and helping families go solar with confidence.

You’ll be part of a team that’s hungry, humble, and committed to doing great work. We move fast, we train hard, and we support each other like family.

What You’ll Do
• Meet with homeowners to understand their needs and present customized solar solutions
• Educate clients on the benefits of solar energy and the value of working with Montana’s most trusted installer
• Represent Purelight with professionalism and purpose
• Track activity and progress using tools like Salesforce
• Collaborate with your team to learn, grow, and hit shared goals
• Stay sharp on industry trends and market insights

• Self-starter mentality with a bias for action
• Experience in customer service, sales, or leadership is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $74,632.00 - $148,904.00 per year
