About the Role:
Are you a target-driven sales professional with a passion for clean energy? We’re looking for a Solar Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for driving growth, generating leads, and building strong client relationships in the rapidly growing solar sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute high-impact solar sales strategies
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships
Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms
Conduct site assessments and deliver custom solar proposals
Manage the complete sales lifecycle: Follow-up → Negotiate → Close
Collaborate with technical and installation teams
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Deliver accurate reports and sales forecasts to management
Requirements:
Proven experience in solar/renewable energy sales
Leadership and team management expertise
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand and present technical solutions
Knowledge of solar systems, products, and market trends
Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Bonus if you have:
MBA in Sales/Marketing
Certifications in solar energy
Experience across residential, commercial, or industrial segments
KPIs That Define Success:

Lead-to-sale conversion ratio
