POSITION SUMMARY
ETW Energy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Manager to lead, motivate, and develop our residential/commercial solar sales team. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while being responsible for driving team performance and customer growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in solar sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for renewable energy solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and motivate a team of solar sales representatives to achieve and surpass individual and team sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives, ensuring they understand product offerings, sales techniques, and compliance protocols.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance evaluations, and sales training to improve team effectiveness.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales metrics to ensure consistent progress toward targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans that align with company goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Manage and resolve escalated customer concerns or objections.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the solar energy sector.
• Commission-based compensation with performance bonuses and team incentives

REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND OTHER SKILLS)
• Proven experience in solar sales (2+ years preferred), with at least 1 year in a team leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of solar energy products, financing options, and industry regulations.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decisions.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to travel to customer locations and job sites as needed
• Frequently required to stand, walk, and occasionally climb stairs
• May occasionally lift materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
• Work may require exposure to outdoor elements and varying weather conditions during site visits

Pay: $110,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
