What You’ll Do:



Talk with homeowners about solar and roofing from Yellow Ball Roofing and Solar.
Generate leads through our neighborhood program and other proven channels.
Present solar and roofing proposals that show the savings.
Close deals with backup from our install and support team.
Build relationships that turn into referrals.

What We’re Looking For:



Driven people who want to win in sales (no solar experience required — we train you).
Strong communication with Montana homeowners.
Self-motivated, hungry to beat the number.
Comfortable working independently and on a scoreboard.
Sales experience is a plus, not required. Passion and grit matter more.
