Hi-Power Solar, LLC is hiring a Solar Sales Consultant in Honolulu, HI. The role involves educating customers about solar energy solutions, conducting needs assessments, and fostering relationships to drive sales. Candidates should have sales or customer service experience, preferably in energy. The position offers a full-time schedule with a competitive salary and benefits, including bonuses and flexible hours. Training will be provided for those unfamiliar with solar products.
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Solar Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy solutions and guiding them through the process of selecting the right products for their needs. As a Solar Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy practices while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers through various channels, including door-to-door outreach, to discuss solar energy solutions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their energy consumption and preferences.
• Educate clients on the advantages of solar energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and available financing options.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall company growth.
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while maintaining integrity and transparency.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitive offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Experience
• Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably in energy or technical sales environments.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• Experience in door-to-door sales is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales successfully.
• Knowledge of solar energy products and services is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $163,400.00 - $188,333.00 per year
