The Role:
As a Solar Closer, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, closing deals and helping homeowners save money with clean, renewable energy. This is a door-to-door sales role where you’ll generate and close leads on the spot. You’ll work as part of a high-performing team, with the opportunity to grow your own D2D sales team in the future.
Responsibilities:
• Generate and close leads through door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoods.
• Build rapport with homeowners and present tailored solar solutions.
• Provide weekly updates to signed customers and ensure a seamless experience.
• Ask for referrals and build a pipeline of future opportunities.
• Use HubSpot to manage leads, track interactions, and update customer information.
• Meet and exceed weekly KPIs for sets and closes.
• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive collective success.

Pay: $100,888.00 - $280,000.00 per year
