1099 Solar Energy Salesperson
Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Solar Energy Salesperson In this role, you will be responsible for developing your own leads and driving sales by reaching out to homeowners, introducing them to the benefits of solar energy solutions. You will leverage your sales expertise to secure in-home appointments, where you will present and explain our state-of-the-art solar products, helping homeowners make the switch to clean, sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities:
· Generate your own leads through a variety of methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
· Conduct in-home appointments to present and explain the advantages of solar energy solutions to homeowners.
· Demonstrate a range of high-quality solar products and effectively address customer questions and concerns.
· Build rapport with potential customers, assessing their energy needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
· Collaborate with the sales team, sharing knowledge and strategies to meet both team and personal sales goals.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow up in a timely manner after appointments.
Qualifications:
· Proven sales experience, ideally in the solar energy field (but not required).
· Ability to independently generate leads and develop your own customer base.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand way.
· Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to perform well in a competitive, team-oriented environment.
· Ability to build lasting customer relationships, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
· Eagerness to learn new sales strategies and product details.
Compensation and Benefits:
· Competitive compensation: Attractive commission structure and high earning potential based on performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $7,000.00 per month
