Compensation:

Responsibilities:
• Conduct door-to-door sales pitches to potential customers to promote solar energy products and services.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the solar energy market.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and needs related to solar products and installations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics for maximizing revenue and market penetration.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solar energy industry trends, products, and regulations to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.

Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience in solar sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Competencies: US Work Authorization, Door-to-Door Sales Experience, Sales Experience.
