Solar Project Manager

Solar Gain, Inc. is seeking a Solar Project Manager in Tucson, AZ. The role involves managing solar energy projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing Operations & Maintenance services. This position focuses on solar energy solutions and is essential for building and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure their satisfaction. The role blends project management, technical expertise, and leadership skills to optimize the performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems in residential, industrial, and commercial projects.

In addition to managing advanced warranty situations, this role oversees Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services, which include researching each system for tasks such as repowering, remediation, removal, or reinstallation. The individual in this position will also effectively monitor projects and present updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, and project team members.
