Airswift is seeking a Solar Project Manager to work on a long term contract basis with a leader in the clean energy industry.

Role Overview
• Oversee multiple large-scale utility solar projects, each with a capacity of 250mw+.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Utilize your experience in solar, battery energy storage systems, renewables, and or interconnection to drive project success.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress.
• Identify and mitigate any potential risks or issues that may arise during the project.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Work onsite to oversee project operations and provide guidance to on-site teams.

Skills & Qualifications
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the solar industry.
• In-depth knowledge of solar energy, battery storage systems, renewables, and interconnection.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Experience with owner-side project management is highly preferred.

Education & Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar industry.
• Candidates with PM experience on the Owner side are highly preferred.
