Job Description
Stafflink is hiring a Solar Project Executive in Singapore for a 6-month contract, with potential for a permanent position. Responsibilities include project planning, budget management, scheduling, site management, stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality control. No prior experience is required as training will be provided. The role involves a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, with a salary range of SGD 3K–SGD 4.2K monthly.

Our client is a solar energy solution provider in Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
• Project Planning & Execution: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including initial feasibility studies, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Budget Management: Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial goals and managing project costs effectively.
• Scheduling & Resource Management: Create and maintain project schedules, allocating resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Site Management: Monitor daily activities in the field, conduct site visits, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status and updates to internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation plans, and report risks to project managers.
• Quality Control: Ensure the quality of project deliverables and installations, conducting quality checks and implementing quality assurance procedures.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Technical Expertise: Understanding of solar PV systems, electrical engineering principles, and construction practices.
• Leadership & Team Management: Ability to lead and manage teams effectively, motivate personnel, and foster a positive work environment.
• No experience are welcome, training is provided
