As a Solar Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our solar systems, ensuring their efficiency and longevity. Troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with solar systems and provide timely and effective solutions.
Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or equipment as needed.
Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs completed, as well as any recommendations for future improvements.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in solar technology to continually improve our systems.
Comply with all safety protocols and regulations while working on solar systems.
Communicate effectively with customers and address any concerns or inquiries related to solar maintenance.
Assist with installation and commissioning of new solar systems as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly stored and maintained.
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians as needed.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as local and national electrical codes.
