Job Description
Moss is offering a Solar Internship for Fall 2025 in Little Rock, AR, aimed at energetic individuals pursuing degrees in construction or sustainability. Program Benefits
Starting Rate-$20/HR- Per-diem available based on eligibility
• Opportunity for fulltime position upon graduation

• Opportunity to learn/gain industry knowledge, transferrable skills, how to adapt to new teams and working environments, manage your time efficiently, network across our organization but most importantly work hard, be nice, and have fun
Program Requirements
• Recent grad or actively pursuing a degree in a field closely related to the business of construction or sustainability/solar energy
• Available for full semester commitment (12-14 weeks)
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility for commute, high travel, or relocation
• Professional and interpersonal skills
