About the position

Lotus Energy & Solar is currently seeking skilled Solar Installers to join our expanding team. We are a 28-year-old direct sales company known for our quality and fast installations, primarily operating on the East Coast and now expanding to the West. We are looking for highly experienced installation technicians who can install solar panel systems for both commercial and residential clients. As an installation technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all solar systems meet our strict safety and quality standards. In this role, you will be responsible for installing solar panel systems on rooftops or ground mounts, ensuring that all installations are performed safely and correctly according to specifications and requirements. You will collaborate effectively with your team to ensure timely completion of projects and will be expected to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues with installed systems. This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $13 to $40 per hour, depending on experience, and provides opportunities for career growth within the company.
