Phoenix based Solar Installation company is currently seeking to add qualified installers to the team! Must be able to travel to any project within the state of Arizona. We offer year-round work and highly competitive pay. Hiring entry installers, crew leads, and roof leads

Compensation Details:

Installer = $600-$1,00 per week

Roof Lead = $1,000-$1,200 per week

Crew Lead = $2,000-$2,500 per week

Pay is determined by experience

Paid weekly

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday

Per diem available for travel

Responsibilities:

Must be able to travel to any job site in the state of Arizona

Work comfortably and safely on various rooftop heights and slopes

Work in extreme temperatures and environments (hot sun, cold weather, crawl spaces, attics)

Must be able to lift heavy modules and inverters safely

Set up and secure extension ladders

Maintain clean and safe job site during and after install

Use power tools and general tools safely and effectively

Represent the company with professionalism

Must be dependable, show up on time and ready to learn
