SOLAR INSTALLER - SHELDON, VT

Tradeco Construction is hiring Solar Installers for a project in Sheldon, VT. Candidates must work 40-50 hours a week, have prior solar installation experience, and be reliable. Responsibilities include installing mechanical hardware, wiring assemblies, and solar modules. Applicants should have experience with tools, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work in extreme weather conditions. OSHA 10 certification is preferred but can be assisted.
Tradeco Construction is currently seeking Solar Installers for project near Sheldon VT.

Must be able to work 40-50hrs./week (weather permitting) 5 days a week, reliability is key!

Prior solar experience required.

As an Installer, you will be responsible for day-to-day field installation of mechanical hardware, racking components, wiring assemblies, and solar modules.

Qualifications
• Previous experience in PV installations, general construction, or carpentry strongly preferred.
• Experience with the safe use of handheld and power tools
• Interest in safety is a must; OSHA 10 preferred (we can assist with this)
• Must be able to work in extreme weather/field conditions including cold, wet, & muddy
• Must be able to lift 50Lbs.
