Solar Installer I

Photon Brothers is hiring a full-time Solar Installer I in Englewood, Colorado. The role involves assisting in the installation of solar panels and battery systems, requiring construction experience and the ability to work on roofs. Description
• Become familiar with technique, approaches, and fixtures of solar panels and battery installation
• Assist with layout, assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardware
• Assist with mechanical/structural mounting of racks, modules and electrical equipment
• Preparation and clean up of job site
• Communicate with customers in a professional, considerate manner
• Additional duties as required

Requirements
• Construction experience and comfortable on roofs of varied height and slope
• 0-1 years’ experience
• Regular, reliable and predictable attendance required
• Must have a clean driving record in accordance with PB insurance parameters
• Must be motivated and a team player.
• Positive mental attitude with the willingness to learn and evolve
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of installers
• Must be able to lift panels (roughly up to 50 pounds), climb ladders up to 30 times per day, and work in various weather conditions

Experience Installing Solar PV a plus. Preference to those with licensing, Electrical Apprentice*

(*please note that this role is focused primarily on roof installations, but electrical knowledge is beneficial to the role!)

Pay: $21- $25/hr, depending on experience with overtime opportunities
