Superior Skilled Trades is seeking Skilled solar helpers for a project in Morrilton, Arkansas !
• PAY: $22/hr
• HOURS: 50+ hrs/wk.
• DURATION: 3 + months
• START DATE: ASAP

We are looking for motivated and reliablesolar helpers to support the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems. This role involves assisting skilled technicians and electricians on-site with various tasks, including material handling, basic assembly, and general labor duties.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Responsible for inspecting and remediating solar panel connectors.
• Identifying damaged or faulty connectors, replacing them, and verifying proper connections.
• Strong understanding of electrical principles and the ability to troubleshoot connector-related issues

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Remediation of connectors, electrical background is a plus, solar modular experience, insulation of connectors for solar farm.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation to the job site
• Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves.
