We are looking for a Solar Installer to join our team and help us provide customers with the best possible solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the installation of solar panels as well as an understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols. The Solar Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations are completed in a timely and professional manner, while adhering to all safety standards.

Responsibilities:
• Install solar panels and related equipment in accordance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on solar systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Conduct system tests to ensure proper functioning of the system.
• Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during installation.
• Provide customer service and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Washington, PA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:
• Roofing: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:
• NABCEP Certification (Preferred)
