As a key member of our installation crew, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the design, installation, and maintenance of solar energy systems for residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct on-site evaluations to assess the feasibility of solar panel installation
2. Design and engineer solar PV systems that meet customer requirements
3. Install and configure solar panels, inverters, and monitoring systems
4. Ensure all electrical and mechanical components are installed safely and up to code
5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process
6. Provide training and support to customers on system operation and maintenance
7. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve installation processes and techniques
