Solar Installation Subcontracting Crew

We are seeking a Solar Installation Subcontractor Crew to join our team in MA CT or NJ.

We are looking for an established crew with experience installing roof and ground mount systems on residential and commercial properties.
We are looking to work up to 1 install a day. Per watt rate, rate to be discussed.

Responsibilities
• Install solar panels and associated equipment on rooftops and ground-mounted systems.
• Conduct site assessments to determine optimal solar system placement.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient installation processes.
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during installations.
• Perform electrical work including wiring, connections, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Must maintain proper ratio of 1 electrician to 1 apprentice on all job sites.
• Upload to our portal all required photo documentation based on the finance company checklist.

Must be Licensed in Massachusetts with all necessary liability Insurances. Licenses in other New England states are a bonus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
