What We’re Looking For:
• Eager to Learn: No solar experience? No problem! We’ll train you to become a renewable energy rockstar.
• Resilient & Ready: Comfortable working in the Arizona heat and staying on your feet for 5+ hours a day.
• Charismatic Communicator: Strong verbal skills to captivate and convince homeowners.
• Reliable & Mobile: Must have transportation to our Phoenix office daily and a smartphone for AI tools and team coordination.
