Solar Helper

Dimension All Group is hiring a full-time Solar Helper in Makati City, Metro Manila. The role involves assisting in the installation and maintenance of solar panel systems, including loading equipment, supporting installers, and maintaining job site organization. Candidates should be physically fit, comfortable working outdoors, and preferably have experience in construction or electrical work. A high school diploma is required, and safety training certificates are a plus.
• Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Solar Helper to assist in the installation, assembly, and maintenance of solar panel systems on residential, commercial, or industrial sites. The ideal candidate is physically fit, able to work in outdoor environments, and willing to support technicians and installers with hands-on tasks to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Key Responsibilities
• Assist in loading, unloading, and organizing solar equipment and materials on-site.
• Support solar installers in mounting panels, rails, and hardware.
• Perform basic tasks such as measuring, cutting, drilling, and fastening components.
• Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site at all times.
• Follow all safety protocols and report hazards to the supervisor.
• Support the team in wiring and connection tasks (under supervision).
• Assist in routine maintenance and cleaning of installed solar systems.
• Carry tools and materials and provide general labor support as needed.
• Qualifications
• Preferably with experience in construction, electrical work, or solar installation (not required but an advantage).
• Physically fit; able to lift heavy materials and work on rooftops or elevated areas.
• Comfortable working under the sun and in varying weather conditions.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and lead installers.
• Can work as part of a team and maintain a positive work attitude.
• Additional Requirements
• At least a High School graduate or equivalent.
• Willing to travel to job sites as needed.
• Can start immediately is an advantage.
• With safety training certificates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
