About the Role

Drive on-site execution of solar projects with a focus on quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities
• Execute and supervise solar installations (ground-mounted / rooftop)
• Manage modules, inverters, structures & electrical works
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
• Ensure QA / QC standards and safety compliance
• Track progress, reporting & documentation
• Support testing & commissioning

Qualifications
• B.E / B.Tech / Diploma (Electrical / Civil / Mechanical)
• 2-5 years solar EPC experience preferred

Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQ & site execution
• Responsible, proactive, and solution-driven
