Freedom Forever (Solar Pros) is hiring Solar Energy Solutions Advisors in Marietta, GA. Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and knowledgeable Solar Consultants to join our dynamic team. We have more appointments than we do closers. Good problem to have in this industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about solar energy solutions, conducting assessments of their energy needs, and guiding them through the sales process. Your expertise in solar sales and customer service will play a crucial role in promoting sustainable energy solutions while helping customers save on their energy costs.

Duties
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer properties to determine suitability for solar installation.
• Provide detailed information about solar products, services, and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Utilize Salesforce software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to effectively position our offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Appointments are offered to top performing consultants

Qualifications
• Proven experience in solar sales or technical sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience in high ticket sales or direct marketing is a plus.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
• Ability to learn the CRM software
• Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
• A passion for renewable energy and sustainability initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to drive an hour to two hours to preset appointments.
• Willingness to grow a team around

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $144,842.00 - $285,465.00 per year
