Keen Connect is seeking an experienced Solar Energy Sales Team in New Jersey to help homeowners transition to solar energy. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting in-home appointments, and building customer relationships. The ideal team should have a proven sales record in the solar industry and strong communication skills. This is a full-time, commission-based position with flexible scheduling, but work is primarily on the road.

Job Description:
We are actively seeking an established and experienced Solar Energy Sales Team to join our growing company.
As a cohesive team, you will help homeowners transition to clean, sustainable energy by showcasing our high-quality solar products. You will conduct in-home appointments, build strong relationships with customers, and effectively communicate the long-term benefits of solar energy.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate your own leads through a variety of methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Work as a unified team to reach homeowners and introduce them to solar energy solutions.
• Conduct in-home appointments with potential customers, presenting our solar products and answering their questions with clarity and confidence.
• Build long-term relationships with homeowners, tailoring solar solutions to their specific energy needs.
• Collaborate within the team, sharing best practices, strategies, and insights to exceed sales goals.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, ensuring follow-up and post-appointment communication.
Qualifications:
• Established sales team with proven experience in the solar energy industry
• A strong, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively as a team.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a deep understanding of solar energy solutions.
• Strong track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting customer relationships.
• A results-driven, self-motivated team with a passion for renewable energy.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new product knowledge and sales strategies.
