We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Operations Specialist to join our team at Pearce Services. As a key member of our Renewable Energy Operations and Maintenance Division, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our solar power plants.
About the Role:

The Solar Energy Operations Specialist will perform tasks involving physical labor at solar energy sites near Huntsville, Alabama. This role requires a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, as well as excellent troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct Preventative and Corrective Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on solar utility equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Document Work Activities: Record work orders, time logs, inventory control, and emergency information schedules accurately.
• Provide Troubleshooting Support: Use digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and similar equipment to diagnose electrical component issues.
Requirements:
• Experience in Commercial/Industrial Operations and Maintenance: 1+ years' experience preferred, with a focus on solar power plants.
• Preventative Maintenance Experience: Strong understanding of solar utility equipment maintenance is required.
