Job Description:
The Solar Technician 3 performs both electrical and mechanical services, ensuring that all equipment serviced operates at the highest level. This role requires leadership and training skills to promote a culture of safety and quality. Key responsibilities include demonstrating integrity, initiative, work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality on all tasks assigned. Additionally, this role involves overseeing, providing direction, and training to Solar Technician 1 and Solar Technician 2 working in the area. Regular maintenance of solar, energy storage, and EV charging installations is also a critical aspect of this role, ensuring that all provided vehicles, tools, equipment, electronics, and parts are accounted for, well maintained, free of damage, properly stored, and readily available for use.

Requirements:
• Able to communicate in English both orally and writing
• Basic computer operation skills and familiarity with internet-based program navigation
• Intermediate to advanced electrical theory knowledge
• Able to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and the like, maintaining three points of contact
• Required to have visual acuity which includes depth perception, field of vision, and the ability to distinguish between colors
