Job Summary

As part of our Electrical Team, you will actively participate in installing solar PV and energy storage systems. Collaborating closely with the Team Lead, you'll ensure that installations meet the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and compliance. We are looking for dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic and an eye for detail who aspire to build a long-term career in the renewable energy sector. You will receive comprehensive classroom and field training within your first 30 days, with all necessary tools and safety gear provided. Please note that this position may involve some local travel.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Electrical Team Lead in the installation of solar PV and energy storage systems. Install system components to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Provide support to team members as needed. Follow electrical diagrams and specifications to ensure high-quality installations. Adhere to project designs and best practices to maintain compliance with codes. Keep your work truck organized and maintain tools and equipment. Assist with inventory management and procurement tasks. Upgrade existing electrical systems at residential and commercial sites. Participate in PV installations and perform rooftop work as necessary.

Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience in electrical work is preferred. Experience with solar electrical systems is preferred. A strong desire to excel in the renewable energy industry and grow with us. Flexibility to work outside regular hours if necessary. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, along with reliable transportation. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Comfortable working on roofs, ladders, attics, crawlspaces, and in confined spaces. General knowledge of home construction, building materials, workplace safety, and OSHA standards. A reliable work ethic and meticulous attention to detail. Able to learn quickly and adapt to an evolving business environment. Must pass a clean criminal background check. Renu Energy Solutions maintains a drug-free workplace. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
